Set up Natural Burials with his wife, Sola Freeman, in 1999 after
the loss of their first child at birth. Now have four children,
twin boys, Fiann and Cared, born in 2000, and girls Nea (2003) and
Cashel (2006).
Mark's profession and day job is in public relations, in which
he is a part-owner of Senate, a Wellington-based communications
and reputation management counsel, with offices in Auckland, Mlebourne
and Sydney. He has written numerous articles on communication disciplines.
Mark also owns In the Know, a boutique supplier of content and
applications to mobile phone companies.
In his spare time Mark trains and spars at Billy Graham's Naenae
Boxing Academy, sails on Wellington harbour, and fixes his kid's
broken stuff.
